We are a team of 35 beavering away in diverse areas such as sales operations, aftersales, finance, planning, analysis, HR and dealer networking. But that isn't all. In addition we have our very own knights of the road - the field-based team who are responsible for delivering sales and after sales service to the high standard our customers have come to expect.

Managing Director
Kevin has over 40 years in the automotive industry and brings a wealth of experience. Starting as a trainee salesman in 1978, Kevin worked his way through the ranks and latterly held senior positions within franchised dealerships for a host of brands including Vauxhall, Rover, Seat, Hyundai, Suzuki, and Chevrolet.
His career has seen him focus on driving fundamental and profitable growth within the dealership, helping them to flourish over the long term, and to have some fun along the way.
More recently, Kevin has held the positions of area manager and sales director for KGM Motors UK and is now at the helm as managing director.
Finance Director
Neil is CIMA qualified and brings over 15 years of senior finance experience within the automotive industry, both in the UK and Norway.
Neil began his automotive finance career with Hyundai Motor UK, where he held several finance roles over more than 10 years, before moving to Mitsubishi Motors UK as Financial Controller and later Scuderia Car Parts as Head of Finance.
His experience covers vehicle importers, parts distribution, multi-currency trading, reporting, controls and commercial finance.
Outside of work, Neil is kept busy by his three children and enjoys running and following Wales in football.
Sales Director
Clive has worked within the motor industry all his career - nearly 30-years. Starting as an apprentice technician, he then held several roles at manufacturer level for Mitsubishi Motors in the UK, the early stages being very much in aftersales where he learned the value of customers to every business.
The past 20-years have been sales focused and include product planning manager, area manager, training manager, head of field operations and, more recently, general manager of fleet operations.
Clive joined the KGM Motors UK team as sales director in October 2021 and looks to draw on his vast experience to support organic growth in vehicle sales for the brand and its dealer partners over the coming years, with the customer experience playing a vital role in this success.
Communications Director
Vanessa ("Ness") has over 25-years' experience within the automotive industry. She held senior roles with Mitsubishi Motors in the UK in corporate sales, public relations, and marketing.
Ness joined the KGM Motors UK team in 2018 and is now at the helm of a busy communications department, responsible for developing communication strategies that help advance KGM Motors UK’s efforts to catalyse broad impact through the sharing of effective ideas and practices. These strategies include public relations, partnerships, digital marketing, social media, and events.
Out of work, Ness is a mother, enjoys skiing, reading, and socialising - with the occasional glass of Pinot!
Aftersales Director
Stephen has over 20 years’ experience within the automotive industry, beginning his career as an apprentice mechanic in 2006 before progressing to become a VWG Master Technician.
Following his time in the workshop, Stephen moved into a variety of senior aftersales roles within franchised dealerships before progressing into regional and national management positions with vehicle importers.
His experience across brands including Ford, Audi and KGM Motors UK has helped him develop strong technical expertise alongside a customer-focused approach.
Stephen joined KGM Motors UK in 2018 as Regional Aftersales Manager – South and has since progressed through several senior roles including Technical and Customer Manager and General Manager – Service Operations, before being appointed Aftersales Director.
As Aftersales Director, Stephen leads the overall aftersales strategy while overseeing Technical and Customer Services and the Regional Aftersales Managers, ensuring the highest standards of support across the dealer network and customer base.
HR Manager
Laura joined the KGM Motors UK team in 2015, quickly advancing her career within human resources. Having originally began her career in HR with an international women’s clothing company, Laura welcomed the change and challenges the motor industry brought.
Having accomplished numerous HR qualifications, Laura takes on the wide array of projects her role brings and aspires to continually improve the brand and the company.
Balancing family life outside of work as a mother of three, Laura’s multi-tasking skills are second to none!
Dealer Recruitment and Development Manager
Andrew has over 30-years' experience in the motor industry working with multiple specialist and prestige brands in various roles, before joining KGM Motors UK.
He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the industry, graduating as full member to the Institute of the Motor Industry. He is looking after KGM's dealer partners and is based in the Northwest of England.
Andrew joined KGM team in 2015 has lots of interests outside of work which include mountain biking, motorsport, and various hobbies with his children.
Head of Technical and Customer Service
James recently joined KGM Motors UK as Head of Technical and Customer Support, bringing with him more than 24 years of workshop experience within the motor industry.
Throughout his career, James has developed extensive technical expertise across several leading automotive brands. He spent 12 years with Honda as a Diagnostic Technician before moving to Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, where he worked for eight years as a Diagnostic Technician, Master Technician and Workshop Controller.
Most recently, James worked with Volkswagen Passenger Vehicles as a Diagnostic Technician and High Voltage Expert, further strengthening his knowledge of advanced vehicle systems and emerging technologies.
Head of Warranty
Nic has worked in the motor Industry for the past 24 years and has an extensive knowledge of aftersales in the industry. Starting off as a service advisor he worked his way up to workshop controller and assistant service manager for brands like Peugeot, Ford and Kia.
Corporate Sales Manager
Charlie joined the business in September 2020 after various roles within the hospitality, event, fenestration, and tech industries.
He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2018 with a BA in Business Management and Marketing. Previously holding roles as Business Manager and Communications Executive and Dealer Commercial Manager, Charlie now heads the corporate sales arm of the business, focussing on fleet business.
As a true Yam Yam, Charlie is an avid fan of the mighty Wolverhampton Wanderers. In his spare time, he also enjoys playing football, going to the gym, and popping down his local for a craft beer.
Dealer commercial Manager - North
Jon has over 36 years’ experience in the motor trade. Starting as a sales executive in 1986, working through the ranks and help management positions for a number of brands including Lada, Proton, Citroen, Fiat, Hyundai and Alfa Romeo as both retailer and manufacturer.
Jon joined KGM in April 2019 as area manager, looking after the North and Scotland.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys relaxing with his family and using his weekends to watch and coach football putting his FA Coaching Qualification to good use.
Dealer Commercial Manager - South East
Paul has over 25-years’ experience in the motor trade starting as a sales executive in 1997 and working through the ranks with Toyota, Jaguar, Rover, and Nissan before taking on general manager status at KGM Motors UK.
Paul is now an area manager looking after KGM's dealer partners in the South and South-East of the country.
Dealer Commercial Manager – South West
Richard started in the motor trade in June 1997 as a sales executive for Vauxhall, working his way through various sales roles but eventually Group Sales Manager representing Vauxhall, Citroen, KGM and Subaru.
Outside of work, Richard’s time is mainly taken up with his two children, going to the beach and cycling. He is an avid F1 fan and has been the British Grand Prix on several occasions - though camping really isn’t his thing!
Dealer Commercial Manager – North, Scotland and NI
Johnathan has been in the motor trade just over 10 years covering roles in sales, aftersales and parts. Over the last few years, he had been acting as Business Manager at Brenwood Motor Company – who initially took SsangYong on as a franchise in 2019 and has progressed with the brand with the transition to KGM as well as working with Suzuki.
He enjoys numerous activities outside work. If he is not out running, or more recently cycling, He’ll be watching the footy or enjoying some live music.
Regional Aftersales Manager - North
Chris brings over 26 years of aftersales experience, having worked with leading automotive brands including Honda, Toyota, Lexus and BMW. He began his career as a Honda Master Technician before progressing into roles with the AA as a patrol technician, followed by Jaguar Land Rover roadside assistance and later moving into an Area Manager position.
Over the past 14 years, Chris has worked extensively on the road, diagnosing and repairing vehicles in a wide range of environments and conditions. This experience has enabled him to develop strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
Chris joined KGM Motors UK in April, taking on a new challenge supporting and developing the retailer network across the North of the UK.
Outside of work, Chris has a busy family life with his wife and their five children between them, keeping him fully occupied.
Regional Aftersales Manager - South
Having joined KGM Motors UK in October 2025 on an initial six-month fixed-term contract providing Regional Technical Support, Michael Chivers quickly progressed into the role of Regional Aftersales Manager for the South of the UK.
In his current position, Michael supports retailers with technical guidance, aftersales performance, warranty and customer care while helping to strengthen operational standards and dealer capability across the region. Working closely with dealership teams, he focuses on improving processes, resolving complex technical cases and ensuring customers receive a high standard of support throughout their ownership journey.
With a strong technical background and practical approach to problem solving, Michael is passionate about building strong retailer relationships, enhancing aftersales performance and supporting the continued growth of the KGM dealer network.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, following Formula 1 and making the most of the outdoors particularly gardening and outdoor projects.
Planning & Analysis Controller
Keir joined the KGM Motors UK family in November 2021 and has already enjoyed a 14-year career in the motor industry. He has in depth experience of the growing zero-emission vehicle sector and is keen to contribute to KGM’s development in this area.
A father of twin girls, Keir enjoys walking, reading, and swimming. He also has a very strong affection for the NFL and avidly follows the Green Bay Packers, much to his family’s annoyance!
Sales Operations Advisor
Molly joined the KGM Motors UK team in July 2019 working maternity cover in KGM Motors UK’s corporate sales department. Molly moved into sales operations in July 2020, working alongside Pauline Lawless.
Prior to life at KGM Motors UK, Molly worked with Vauxhall for 4-years in fleet aftersales and then warranty administration.
In her free time, Molly likes to socialise with friends.
Sales Operations Advisor
Justine joined KGM in August 2023 working alongside Keir Bartlett and Molly Sheehy in the Operations Team. She has worked in the Motor Industry for most of her Career in Retail and Fleet Sales Administration and has a depth of experience working for Volkswagen, Peugeot and SEAT/Cupra Dealerships.
Out of work Justine likes to spend time with her family and friends, upcycling furniture and planning her next holiday to foreign shores.
Senior Accountant
Sherry joined the company in 2016 as Senior Accountant mainly working on producing Management Accounts each month. The role, was an introduction into the motor industry, was very different from her previous role in a Contract Research Organisation where she was the Head of Financial Accounting. The role has adapted a lot in the last 8 years and is one she really enjoys.
Sherry started as an Accounts Junior and has worked her way up over the years gaining the AAT Certificate early on in her career. This path has given her a real insight into so many aspects of the different Finance roles; therefore she is able to assist her team in a practical way.
She is a big animal lover and volunteers for an animal charity who she has been with for 12 years. Sherry also loves live music and tries to see as many artists/bands every year as she can. Sherry has 3 Glastonbury’s under her belt but hopes to maybe do one more...
Senior Accounts Assistant
Matthew brings over 13 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, including 10 years within the motor trade at dealership level. Following four years of service in the Army and 13 years with Tesco, he retrained in accounting through AAT, successfully completing level 4 qualifications before progressing his career in the automotive industry.
Throughout his career, Matthew has held a variety of positions including Ledger Clerk, Assistant Accountant and Company Accountant, building strong expertise across financial operations and reporting. He is currently continuing his professional development by studying towards ACCA qualifications.
Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and keeping active through football, golf and running.
Accounts Executive
Charlotte joined the business in June 2022, bringing many years of finance experience in multiple industries such as pharmaceuticals.
Charlotte joins our accounts team alongside Ian and deals with purchase ledger and accounts queries at KGM.
When not in the office, Charlotte loves family time with her 2 children, watching movies and walking her chihuahua.
Digital Marketing Executive
Toby joined the KGM team as a Communications Executive in October 2023 after graduating from the University of Derby with a First Honours Degree in Journalism.
Covering all things social media, press fleet management, and dealer marketing, Toby prides himself on good teamwork, trust and integrity.
In his spare time, Toby loves watching his beloved Chelsea Football Club (for his sins!)
Events and Media Executive
Adam joined the KGM UK team as Events and Media Executive in February 2026, bringing experience across marketing and IT.
Covering events and media activity, Adam prides himself on delivering engaging brand experiences and supporting the wider team across multiple projects.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys working on his classic car, listening to music and spending time with friends.
Data Analyst
Zara joined the KGM UK team in November 2022, covering maternity leave for the HR Manager and has now moved into the communications team as a Data Analyst.
Zara’s role is central to KGM’s dealer hub, supporting the dealer network with its use, monitoring the way the data is collected, with GDPR compliance at the forefront of her focus to improve the customer experience.
Outside of work, Zara is passionate about food and enjoys cooking for family and friends. She also loves travelling to hot and sunny destinations.
Customer and Technical Support Executive
Megan joined the KGM Motors UK team in 2023, becoming our first in-house Customer Support and Technical Support Executive. She works in a dynamic support team led by Stephen Bucci.
Before joining KGM, Megan has gained vast experience in customer services and customer-facing roles in the hospitality industry.
Customer and Technical Support Executive
Jade joined the company in April 2024, currently excelling as a Customer Support Executive. She brings valuable experience from a previous role as a Retail Manager, passionate about providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Outside of work, Jade has a keen interest in Motorsport and Car shows, reflecting a love for speed and automotive design.
Customer Support Executive
Connor joined the KGM Motors UK team in February 2026 as a Customer Support Executive, bringing years of customer service experience and a strong, solutions‑focused approach. Before moving into the motor industry, he worked as an Energy Specialist, where he strengthened his problem‑solving abilities and developed a customer‑first mindset. With a long‑standing enthusiasm for cars, he is looking forward to developing his skills further and contributing positively to the KGM brand.
Outside of work, Connor has strong interests in gaming, music and all things tech, and enjoys anything that lets him be creative or learn something new. He also values memorable experiences; including marrying his wife during a trip to Disney, Florida, at 21.
With his positive energy, approachable style and trademark can‑do attitude, Connor delivers clear, confident and genuinely friendly support to every customer he assists.
BCA Operations Supervisor
Jo has over 15-years’ experience in logistics and technical roles within the aviation industry having spent 8 years with British Airways before moving on to ground handling of airlines such as Ryanair, easyJet, KLM, and Aer Lingus.
Having joined KGM Motors UK in 2015, Jo has headed up the import centre at Bristol Port taking responsibility for preparation, certification, and distribution of KGM vehicles to the dealer network.
Parts Manager
Leo joined KGM Motors UK in 2014 as a warehouse assistant. During his time, he has worked as a team leader, aftersales business analyst, and now is Parts Manager and is responsible for the daily operations of KGM's warehouse.
Parts Supervisor
Alan joined the warehouse team in 2022. With extensive hands-on experience in the automotive industry, Alan has developed a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management, making him an invaluable asset to his team.
In addition to his technical skills, Alan is known for his ability to foster a positive and productive work environment. He values teamwork and encourages open communication, ensuring that everyone in the warehouse is aligned and working towards common goals.
Alan's passion for the automotive field extends beyond the warehouse, as he is also an avid car enthusiast who enjoys working on personal car restoration projects.
Dealer Technical Support
Brings 10 years of automotive experience to the KGM team, having started his career as a vehicle technician and progressing to senior technician roles with manufacturers such as Ford and Kia. He has also worked with the likes of Tesla and, most recently, Rolls-Royce on rail transport. In his role at KGM, Jordan provides expert technical assistance to our dealer network, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to deliver exceptional service.
Dealer Technical Support
Bogdan brings a strong technical background and a genuine passion for the automotive industry to the KGM Motors UK team. With experience spanning manufacturing, aftermarket support and technical training, he has developed a broad understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics and engineering processes.
Having spent many years working hands-on with vehicles and automotive technology, Bogdan has built a reputation for his methodical approach and attention to detail, always striving to improve performance, efficiency and reliability.
His background in automotive engineering allows him to support the dealer network with advanced technical insight and practical problem-solving.
