Braking aids
autonomous emergency braking (AEB)
If a collision appears imminent, Forward Collision Warning (FCW) alerts the driver with visual and audible signals. If there's insufficient response, Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) intervenes with appropriate braking force to stop the vehicle or minimise the impact.
Electronic stability programme (esp)
Helps maintain control in slippery or sudden manoeuvres by intelligently applying braking force to individual wheels.
Electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD)
Balances braking between front and rear wheels for shorter, more stable stopping distances.
hydraulic brake assist (hba)
Provides additional braking force in emergency situations to help bring the vehicle to a rapid stop.

lane departure warning (ldw)
Alerts you if the vehicle drifts out of its lane without signalling.
lane keeping assist (lka)
Provides gentle steering input to help keep the vehicle safely in its lane.
Safety distance alert (Sda)
Detects the distance to the vehicle ahead and warns the driver when a safe distance is not properly maintained.
blind spot detection (bsd)
Monitors areas you can't see and warns of vehicles approaching from behind or alongside.
rear cross traffic alert (RCTA)
Detects approaching vehicles from either side when reversing out of spaces, providing visual and audible alerts.
Driver attention alert (daa)
Detects signs of driver fatigue or distraction and recommends taking a break.
