KGM Musso Rhino Joins Bailey of Bristol for the New Unicorn Caravan Launch

There’s something special about planning a caravan holiday. Choosing your destination, packing for the trip and having the freedom to explore at your own pace are all part of the appeal. For the launch of its new Unicorn caravan range, Bailey of Bristol brought that spirit of adventure into focus, with the KGM Musso Rhino joining the photoshoot as the tow car.

We were pleased to loan Bailey a Musso Rhino for the shoot, supporting the creation of imagery that introduces its latest caravans. With the new range now officially launched, we’re sharing a selection of the photographs and taking a closer look at what makes the Rhino a practical companion for touring.

Bailey’s new 2027 Unicorn Family includes Lite, Deluxe and Grande ranges, with 11 layouts offering different combinations of space, comfort and practicality. The Musso Rhino joined the launch shoot as the tow car, appearing alongside the latest caravans in the new imagery.

Towing Capability at Its Core

The Musso Rhino combines a bold exterior with the capability expected of a hardworking pick-up. With a maximum braked towing capacity of 3,500kg, it offers serious pulling power for caravan owners looking for a vehicle that can also handle everyday life.

Its 2.2-litre turbo diesel engine produces 202PS and 400Nm of torque, while selectable four-wheel drive adds versatility when travelling beyond surfaced roads. From the motorway journey to the final approach along a campsite track, the Rhino brings together strength and practicality.

Choosing a suitable tow vehicle also means checking the weights and limits of your individual combination, including the loaded caravan, passengers and luggage. Our guide to towing capacities, legal limits and safe practices is a useful starting point for anyone preparing for their next trip.

Space for More Than the Essentials

A caravan holiday rarely means travelling light. Outdoor furniture, walking boots, games and equipment for days out can all become part of the packing list.

The Musso Rhino’s separate load bed provides useful space for bulky kit, helping owners make the most of a pick-up’s practicality when heading away. With a payload of up to 1,200kg, the Rhino is built to carry substantial loads, whether that means equipment for work during the week or holiday essentials at the weekend.

Inside, the double cab provides room for five, with dual-zone automatic air conditioning, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen bringing convenience to the journey. It’s a vehicle designed to serve more than one purpose, combining the carrying capacity of a pick-up with the comfort and connectivity needed for everyday driving.

A New Setting for the Musso Rhino

The Bailey shoot gave the Musso Rhino an opportunity to appear in a setting familiar to many pick-up owners: ready for a trip away, with a caravan in tow.

The resulting photographs bring its touring potential to life alongside the new Unicorn Family. They show another side of a vehicle often associated with demanding jobs and busy working days, highlighting how the same capability can support time away with family and friends.

Thank you to Bailey of Bristol for involving KGM in the shoot and sharing the finished images with us. We’re delighted to see the Musso Rhino featured in the launch of its latest caravan range.
